Provided below, you will find .pdf copies of our current water and sewer rates, billing policies, and an example of our utility bill layout. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

Please be aware that your sewer use rate is recalculated each January, and is based on your individual, average water consumption of the previous six (6) winter months (i.e. 2021 sewer rate calculated based on January-March & October-December 2020 water usage).
